Northeastern Pa. | I changed 28% supplier a few years ago and wanted Pa.Dept. of ag test it. The only way they would test it was right out of the tanker it came in on. I said then be here at 5am. Well they couldn't do that. I said just take some out of my planter shut off but they wouldn't so I dropped the issue. I thought there was a lot of difference in the color of the 28-0-0-2 from each load. I just thought a simple test would tell. I did get a load of 7-27-7 and put it in with. 28%. I wouldn't have known but it plugged up my sprayer because it wouldn't mix good.
