I do too. We make Italian meatloaves with a lb. of ground meat. Add tomato sauce, sliced olives, a TBS dark brown sugar, Italian seasoning and rolled oats. Mix well, form into 4 balls, pour a little extra tomato sauce over the top and bake.

I also eat oatmeal with raisins. I feed my chickens warm oatmeal in the winter to keep them laying all winter. I feed heavy oat screenings and spread them as cover crop on my garden and feed them to my chickens. They look like sprouts. Can really tell how orange the yolks get from their normal green grass, oat scratch and bug diet in the summer. I also eat fruit crisp with oats, TBS of honey and cinnamon for a topping instead of pie. I use 1/2 whole rolled and grind 1/2, instead of wheat flour. Nothing better than blueberry or peach crisp topped with a little yogurt. I also make overnight oats with yogurt and add whole berries or fruit in the morning....James
