north east IN | I had a heart valve replaced not open heart but through the groin. Went home the next day and there is a chance of a stroke with this. I was reading and a spot on the paper looked like it had wax paper on it so called the dr and he told me to go to the er. They did a cat scan, ekg and x ray but couldn’t find anything and wanted me to spend the night. I said I wasn’t spending the night so he gave me an eye dr to see the next day. Went to that dr the next day and they did a bunch of test and finally said I had an ocular migraine. They last 5 to 10 minutes with no pain. Most of the time cause by your brain trying to reboot after surgery or dehydration. A lot of people have them quit often. Spent a lot of time and money and worrying to find out. Next day I asked ChatGPT and she went through a bunch of things it could have been but unlikely and the last thing she said she thought I had an Ocular migraine. Called my sister and told her what I had and she said she gets them all the time |
