| I think for people who cannot afford the keto diet due to meat costs or whatever, similar benefits can be achieved by fasting seriously.
For people severely obese, eat a carb heavy meal and then don’t eat again for 48+ hours.
For overweight people, maybe 24 hours is enough.
There are several ways to reduce insulin resistance.
I do think this method would be more of a wild ride for type II diabetics. But it could be done. | |
