Like others said the N is TOTALLY gone.we have warm winters here with mostly rain and almost no snow or frozen ground and NOBODY does a fall application of nitrogen. We don’t even have NH3 I’m area (VA)
All of the N applied (no matter what form) would be in the river and drifting away. Lol
