NE Iowa | The government subsidy on ECO and SCO is up to 80 percent this year. So hard not to take both when only paying 20 percent of cost. This tool doesn't have Kansas but has some other states near you. Using this tool I am going to drop down to 75 percent RP but have the high level of ECO / SCO. That will give me a fairly high positive "return" with fairly low premium.
