It's that time of year again to decide on different crop insurance options. I am new to SCO and ECO options as add Ons, please educate me as to what would influence your decision on either. We are VERY dry once again going into spring like last year, but timely rains bailed us out, I'm not liking the odds of that happening 2 years in a row.
