I would say, Yes it is nosebleed levels depending on your debt to asset ratio.
Some guys are marginal now.
1 other huge factor. When nitrogen was $1/lb, was corn $1-2 higher? If so, it cash flowed better then. A lot of other costs have went up greatly since that time also.
