Northeastern Pa. | I don't get the logic of pulling prepaid orders that should have precedence over any other order. If the seed is going south did, they prepay earlier than those customers getting their seed pulled? If that's the case, then didn't the company know they were low on a variety and not continue selling it. The earliest orders should be filled up to the last ordered. When I sold seed that's the way it worked. If a variety was sold out then the district rep. would tell me and I would help the customer pick a different variety before the purchase. I have had a dealer tell me a variety was sold out and then find a dealer that has it. That's in season that will happen with floor stock. Being notified now and seems to be a big issue. Did the 2 big names get poor seed or an inventory glitch. Seed might have been lost in the cloud. Lol. | |
