In 2008 we built a 60X80X18' tall building concrete floor with 6' concrete sides ---held best I remember 30 semi loads put DAP on one side 0-0-60 other
In 2008 almost guarantee $100 a ton savings ---our retailers decided there was no choice but buy from them
In 2008 only way to buy from a terminal (we go to Owensboro KY) was straight product
---one retailer smirked and said guess you'll make two passes --I love a challenge--I built a blender not perfect but worked
Used the building 5 years ---THEN more terminals were built with storage and blenders -
we bought 2 fertilizer self contained tenders 23 ton each ---
fertilizer paid when we thought best deal--- heck buy in August for all fall or Dec for spring--- picked up when we wanted --
about $15 a ton extra WAG Wild A-- Guess (blending and storage)
We now sold everything Dry related and have our retailer do everything
They just finished before the rain took 2 days
