Grain prices at my local coop haven't been affected. Fertilizer dealer wouldn't give a price on nitrogen this morning because their inventory is all priced (he claims) and they don't know what new product is going to cost them.. One local gas station increased price 30 cents a gallon. Other stations haven't changed price yet. Uncertainty or just an opportunity to raise prices? Probably a little of both.. From what I read, pessimism level of a lot of people depends on whether they have a D or an R after their name. Like most things, Time will tell. What if one was to have both? |
