why wouldn't it be dipaer donnie's fault? or do you actually thinks he did not start this mess because of the knee jerk reactions by all big business now cashing in on every stupid move he makes, that's like money in the bank and he usually tells all his pedophile buddies what he is going to do or say that causes these higher costs.
