NWIL | The last time we looked into having one done the plan made no sense to us, the guy that does our dozer work and has been for years was confused all the hell. Too narrow for the watershed it was taking, and the routing was a real head scratcher. So, we turned down the project and had him do what it needed done, and ended up being right at about the same cost as our portion would have been. | |
