Maybe could get a 82MB file down to 25MB for most email file size limits, maybe not. The guy on the other end has to understand how to unzip files.
If that doesn't work - free solution is a Dropbox account and grant access to your Farm Credit guy. If the data in the PDF needs protected, safest way is put the PDF on a thumb drive and hand it off in person.
