How do you get an official document with a raised seal online? Which is what you need in MO. 

It wasn't that long ago you had to get these documents in person. I don't know right now because ours are all in a fire safe. I just know she said she had to get them in person. I know getting a social security card for our youngest son was a trial in itself. (another long story). Anyway.
