It's time farmers quit pre-paying for seed, if this is what they're gonna do. If you pay for it months in advance, you should receive it in perfect condition period! No quality issues or delays. If it's gonna be a free for all anyway on hybrids, might as well wait to pay until you get the seed. Just my opinion.
