It may have changed but last I knew almost all of the byproducts from chicken processing was ground into chicken feed.Feather meal,bone meal,blood meal. etc.In countries that raise mink and fox in cages the foxes eat mink parts and fox parts ,the mink neeed clean fish meal as they die to easily from poor food.
