If you believe in lowering blood cholesterol levels eating plant sterols (phytosterol) is one way to do it. I'm not so sure that is such a good idea. The body tries very hard to keep the foreign plant cholesterol out of the blood stream.
But if you believe it is good for you, by all means go for it. No thank you for me.
