| Rent a grader blade. You will have it done in less time than it takes to fill out the government paper work.
I gave up on grass waterways. I put in doodle dams and Higgin bottoms. Run the water underground and farm it.
$17,000 did a half mile and have drains in 6 terraces. 2 runs of tile on 1/4 mile of that.
I probably took an hour or better off my planting time and a couple hours off my harvest time. Plus got rid of a bunch of overlap on point rows.
