Subject: RE: Regenerative Ag

IF the soil was low on nutrients, it may take a few years for the manure to be available in a notill situation.
I am also in the camp the cover crop is killing him if it has been dry.
150 lbs of N should raise a pretty good crop, but different soils are different. I ran 160 lbs for a lot of years. 200 yields are very possible.
I did increase the N some and some places make more corn and others do not.
The thing with regenerative ag is the definition. 3 people will give you 3 different meanings.
As far as I am concerned, any form of farming is regenerative if it keeps the yield up.
