Subject: RE: corn vs milo $$$$

Cambridge, southwestern Nebraska
I had some milo last year for the first time in 20 years mainly for some agronomic reasons. Won’t be planting it again unless I have a good reason to. Yielded ok. Probably as well as corn in the situation I had. But normally corn will out yield milo even under stressed conditions. My insurance coverage was around $100/acre less than corn. Partly due to not having a decent APH. Input costs are not all that much different between the two.
