NW IA | There are a lot of folks doing YouTube shorts showing their results re blood sugar after consuming oatmeal. Looks like results may vary. I ate a ton of the stuff and won't go back because of HOW I ate oatmeal. Lots a brown sugar or honey. Personal preference, but I wouldn't be choking the stuff down plain, not to mention the carbs from the milk. Raw cream right off the top of the bulk tank was a healthy addition, but those days are gone.
