 West Kentucky | There is no reason the customer should not know long before now that the there was potential for the desired product to not be filled. I definitely would not switch customers in December, but it is only right that they know in advance so they have time to make a choice if they desired. If the customer doesn't find out until now, the company/dealer has likely intentionally limited options for the customer to swap to, not counting late discovered quality issues. | |
