Mafrif,,,,,I will try to send pics, but I doubt I smart enough,so this is what I use off Amazon,,,, ancient nutrition,,,,,bone broth collagen,,,,pure,,,3 types,,,,,15oz,,,,46.00.....it recommend 2 scoop a day,,,,I take 3/4 scoop once a day,,, small blender,,,, taste like chalk,,,,so I throw in a fruit juice of some type....
