NC Iowa | Is in crp now? They can be and they have a better payment rate if I remember correctly. Not supposed to mow early then or hay if it's in crp.
I know how you feel, Ive got a waterway that's silted in from the neighbors field, pretty frustrating it's now my responsibility.
