NS Canada | Heard a rip in my left a few years back, the same as ripping the hide off a deer. No pain at the time, but the noise sure didn't sound good. It got sore over time, real sore/deep ache in the elbow, but for some reason it eventually went away without treatment.
Could push on the sore spot between the point of your elbow and the point you feel above your forearm. In between those 2 bones was sore as a bugger.
I know you said don't mention sugar, but I can def feel a difference when I cut back on it. | |
