Northeast ks | I have American Family insurance and had same experience with my roof as rusty. Two years ago, had high wind, ripped off some shingles and other places the shingles blew up from the wind and were loosened up. Filed a claim, and adjuster said they don't pay for a few shingles blown off. So I just replaced the blown off shingles and some others another two or three different times. Then about a week ago, my insurance agent out of the blue said to call this roofing company, and the roofing company will be there with the adjuster. Sure enough, the adjuster came out and said whole roof needs replaced. Also said there was hail damage (I didn't see any) I'm waiting on the quote from the roofing company now. I think it's a big scam what they are doing, when the roof was damaged two years ago. | |
