Side note….. Back in the 90’s Pioneer had a variety that would usually out yield any competitor plus it would drop ears and leave 20 bushels on the ground. We planted that variety for several years. Sometimes too much corn for my sows . Would call my neighbor and he would bring his cows over to finish up. I miss those days.
