 south central IOWA | Do hammer curls with some weights instead of normal curls. When you carry the buckets and go to lift them up a little into the bunk, that motion is more like a normal curl and will keep tennis elbow inflamed. I'm not quite sure how the hammer curls helps but I was in the same boat as you with lifting buckets and after a week of hammer curls with 35lb dumbbells, it sure helped.
