If these seed suppliers and dealers cannot pick up the phone and talk to customers the hour they know there is a shortage or a problem - that would tick me off. Not a week later, the same day!
I think it’s a devious plan to leave a customer hanging just long enough to limit the customers choices on getting seed from the competition, or taking a #2 choice from the original company.
