I would estimate that 9 out of 10 doctors or researchers I follow first figure out conventional medical and nutritional advice is failing them, discover better methods by their own research and applying it to themselves, fixing themselves, then eventually incorporating the new information into their own medical practice or research knowledge.
Dr Fetke is one of those doctors I discovered about seven years ago. Great message. Worked for me.
I've lived what he says for the last seven years. Diabetes in remission with better blood glucose control than when eating conventional and taking insulin shots and diabetes medicine.
Gave me my life back. I'm satisfied had I not changed what I eat, I would not be doing this today.
