All of our domestic fuels use is pretty much refined here anyway. The problem is that Refineries in certain areas are set up to handle crude from certain sources. But that can be handled with a little time. The problem really won't be domestic supply as much as just what the markets do. Remember our oil is priced on the World market. At least for now. 

And screw the SAVE act. We've already damaged ourselves too much in the name of "National Security."
