Anyone here have any experience with the Farmer Mac AgExpress real estate loans or with Conterra Ag Capital. AgExpress is marketed as minimal documentation and credit score based for real estate loans under $1,500,000. Wondering if anyone has any experience with them and what was all required in the process.
