This is where EPDs can be very helpful.  From the Angus association, the breed AVERAGE DOC (docility) epd for current bulls is 19. That's an AVERAGE for current Angus bulls.

This bull, 21034090 is just a 3.  Clearly this bull is about the bottom of the Angus breed for docility!

As someone posted above this is a bull for wide open range country where no one is likely to be close to him. 

Seeing you are in MO, just be aware that with a DOC epd that low you do not want to be in a corral or pasture with that bull nor keep heifers out of him. I read somewhere that docility is a highly heritable trait.

There have got to be good bulls available with at least an average DOC epd of 19 or preferably higher.
