Bethune, SK
I made two setups last year. 175W solar panel on a stand that has a Coleman charge controller, deep cycle 12V battery, and a Bee-Line 3Joule fencer on one. Parmak 3Joule on the other.

All in I was about $230cdn for each setup. This did not include the cost of lumber, fencer, or battery. The rest I had to purchase. I like the setup. Beats changing batteries every week. Only had to change battery twice in the fall. Would build again because this was cheaper than buying a real solar fencer. The only thing is the stands are heavy and tuff to move by yourself and to transport with 4-wheeler.

Used for some rotational grazing setups powering 1/2mile of fence at most. Plan to power even more fence this year.
