A quick glance, using Google Scholar, at the headlines of some studies indicate it could maybe cause fibrosis in the liver. It also helps some other liver complications it seems. One study.

Seems to me that a medical treatment needs to be personalized. Just like we've known forever which is why mandates are wrong.
