Perhaps it is good that after two decades of insurgency against U.S. led coalitions that these battle hardened, Islamic fanatics are fighting anoungst themselves instead of plotting and training for more terrorist attacks upon Western nations and Israel.
These people seem to love and enjoy a permanant state of conflict/instability to give their lives meaning.
