Cat LP fueled.

Dual wheels. Works great indoors & out. Gravel is no problem. Working on sod is OK if it's dry. Back wheels will always go down before front. You learn not to turn steering wheel if you're not moving. Otherwise steer tires will dig in.

6000# capacity. That's good except that forks are larger & occasionally have trouble fitting into some fork pockets. 

I do wish it had hydraulically adjustable fork repositioning. It does have side-shift.

We bought it used from Unzicker Equipment in Morton IL. They've given us great service on it when we needed it. Parts are no problem.
