Assuming if it is winter wheat in the Midwest you are probably late to the game. 100 bushel wheat will remove 15 lbs of mag in the grain alone - you won’t fix that with a foliar treatment.

Dolomitic lime is the best and cheapest source. If your pH is in check, KMAG is about your only option.
