Local service is a big plus kinda like any other piece of equipment, possibly more because they’re a pain to work on. Besides a three stage mast a side shift is a must in my book. I don’t have one but anyone that has it says that hydraulic fork positioning is really nice especially on a farm forklift that does many different jobs.
