What we get is probably lower insurance costs due to the hydrant location. What we loose is a pristine creek side grassy spot for camping, picnicking and fishing. Also some privacy and quietness.



How are you going to lose this area? Do they intend to set it up as a relay area? Like, make a large, gravel parking area to park, drop tanks, run tankers, etc? I'm guessing it's going to be more than just a hydrant if you have these kind of concerns.
