As others have said, get rid of your avg and turn on windows firewall. When you got avg it too over... Also when I installed drivers eventually it got to a point where I had to ALLOW my printer scanner to be an exception to the firewall.
Make sure Windows Defender is enabled too... Its built in and a very adequate program.
