Buhl, ID | That brings back a few memories. I worked for 21st back then and the bosses were pushing us hard to sell Bon View Bando 598. They said the Angus breeders would love him for a calving ease and anywhere Traveller was used. They didn't give us any flexibility on pricing back then so I never sold more than maybe 10 units. Later I switched to Alta and had much better bulls to offer and was able to beat the big companies on prices. I think I know the DSM you're talking about. Last I heard he took an opening in Oklahoma or Kansas.
