Vanguards total world etf was still 64% North America, could probably fined one that is world ex-us.
Another option is Invesco S&P 500® Equal Weight ETF (RSP), basically it holds .2% of each S&P 500 company and rebalances every quarter. Right now the top 5 stocks in a normal S&P 500 ETF are about 25% of the holdings, in the equal weight those 5 would be 1%
