All you need to do is buy a group of pigs and feed them yourself in your barn then pay yourself $60 a pig space problem solved.
If hog margins were consistently high feeders would be giving you bids to get their pigs in your barn IF. You do an excellent job caring for the pigs. A top caretaker might get a bit more than your $40.
