My wife will automatically get things we have jointly, as well as anything not specified in the will. So, using the above case, you would get my arrowhead collection, and my wife would get everything else.
Arrowheads? My gf and I just got into looking around for them among other cool rocks and fossils. In my life I've found one (1) so I certainly don't have a collection. We're in Iowa |
