I have made lemonade pie: store bought Graham cracker pie crust, lemonade mixed with sweetened condensed milk, refrigerated ……wow!
Peaches, drained, mixed with corn starch, sugar, & cinnamon & cooked ‘till thickened. Poured into store-bought Graham cracker crust & refrigerated a few hours: super good.
If using fresh peaches, need to cook for maybe 20 minutes.
Lemon juice or pineapple can be added to the peaches: makes the flavor “ pop” a bit.
