Chrome is the most widely supported browser in the world and the most compatible as well.  Edge is not a bad browser but does not have the extension library that Chrome does.  Safari (Mac/iPhone) seems to cause many people issues.  I rarely use it.

If you are unable to log into AgTalk and start talking a look at any antivirus/security programs you have running on your computer.  I highly doubt it is a browser issue.
