Subject: RE: Gold over 2000 years

Pittsburg, Kansas
A couple years ago I would say gold was under priced. It took more than an ounce to buy an acre in our area. Right now I would say the current pricing is about spot on 1870 pricing. At least for our area based on local land prices.

Don't know about bread and such. We don't buy bread.

I kind of hope things will settle in around current pricing. But you know what good hope does.

I'm still way over allocated to gold and silver by any sane person's standards. But I'm also at a cash position that is greater than the entire value of the investment accounts were six years ago when I calculated we had adequate retirement funds. So whatever the market decides to do, I'm covered.
