Use acetate over KTS. KTS is salty and can be temperamental with some other products, including UAN , when it comes to mixing.
For foliar I use a dedicated foliar potassium, something like Smart KB or Cropfit NKBS. Those products are formulated for foliar use and designed to mix with herbicides and fungicides without compatibility issues.
